Privacy Policy

Foodpile stores the minimum it needs to track your calories and never sells your data or shares it for advertising. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to remove it.

What we store

• Your email address — used to sign you in.
• Profile and body data you enter: name, weight, height, age, sex and activity level.
• Your calorie and macro goals, and a history of when they changed.
• Food entries you log: item name, calories, macros and timestamps.
• A push-notification subscription, only if you turn on daily reminders.

Where it lives

Everything is stored on Cloudflare's platform: a D1 database for your account and entries, and KV for sign-in sessions. We don't run our own servers or copy your data elsewhere.

Who else sees it

• Resend — receives your email address to send sign-in links.
• Your browser's push provider — receives an anonymous subscription if you enable reminders.
• AI assistants you connect via MCP — receive the data they request on your behalf, after you authorise them.
• No advertisers, no analytics companies, no data brokers.

Cookies

A single session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data until you delete it. You can remove individual entries any time through your assistant (the delete and undo tools). To delete your entire account and everything in it, email the address below and we'll erase it.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us.
